DWL warranties apply to the original purchaser and begin at the date of purchase.
Furniture frames are warrantied for five (5) years against structural failure or defects in material workmanship. The powder coat finish is warrantied for a period of three (3) years against blistering or peeling.
Furniture frames are warrantied for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Commercial usage is defined as any public area. The powder coat finish is warrantied for a period of two (2) years from original date of purchase and covers blistering and peeling.
Wicker items are warrantied for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase against breaking or tearing.
Cushions, slings, and umbrellas are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against factory defects/fading unless specified as Sunbrella or Phifer brand.
Umbrella frames are covered under warranty for two (2) years from date of purchase and fabric/canopy are covered for a period of one (1) year.
All Stone and Tile tops are warrantied for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Some discoloration and fading is expected to occur over time, as these are natural materials. A stone sealant applied annually is advised for stone/tile tops to maintain color.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature (fire, wind, freezing, etc.), any failure caused by unreasonable use or abuse, splitting of tubing due to exposure to freezing temperatures, exposure to chemicals or solvents (ammonia, harsh abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oil, blocks and lotions), or normal wear and tear. Also not warrantied is rusting and/or oxidation of furniture resulting from exposed metals that have been scratched, chipped, or improperly maintained. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, fading is not included in this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, and glass or leg levelers.
To obtain warranty service, please contact the retailer from which the merchandise was purchased within the warranty period and with proof of purchase. DWL reserves the right to replace, repair, or refinish any covered warranty product at our discretion. Replacements will be shipped local, common carrier or UPS/FedEx Ground only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight costs for replacement after the second year from original date of purchase.
Requests for parts, replacement or repair must be accompanied by photographs and proof of purchase/item return for inspection. In the event of product discontinuance, equal value replacements will be offered. The terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice.
